- Large items ship by freight truck with curbside delivery, unless a loading dock is available. Liftgate service is not included.
- The customer is responsible for unloading. A forklift is recommended, especially for commercial play systems and shade structures, which can be very large and heavy.
- Many crates and pallets can be taken apart and unloaded by hand, but this takes longer. If unloading goes beyond the carrier's free unloading time (usually 2 to 3 hours), the carrier may charge detention fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
- Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details and unloading instructions.
- Please inspect your shipment before signing, and note any visible damage or missing pieces on the delivery receipt.

Wisdom Honeycrest
Honeycrest is a large-scale WiseTOWER playground designed for ages 5–12, combining vertical exploration with an extensive mix of climbing, balancing, sliding, and elevated play. Its towering central structure and connected challenge area create multiple routes for children to move through the playground, encouraging repeat play and continuous discovery.
The multi-level design features enclosed tube slides, elevated platforms, suspended balance activities, climbing elements, and a substantial net-based play zone. Together, these activities support strength, coordination, balance, and active problem-solving while offering different levels of challenge throughout the structure.
With its bold blue-and-yellow color palette, whimsical tower details, and expansive play layout, Honeycrest creates a strong visual centerpiece for parks, schools, community spaces, and other high-use commercial playground environments.
