Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the payment obligations and processes between Venture Recreation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By accessing our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing. Prices: All prices for products and services are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. Taxes and Fees: Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless stated otherwise. All applicable fees will be clearly shown at checkout before purchase.

2.2 Payment Methods. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.

Express Checkout Options: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet.

2.3 Payment Due Date. Payment for one-time purchases is collected at checkout.

2.4 Promotional and Discount Codes. Promo and discount codes can't be combined with other offers or promotions unless we explicitly state otherwise.

3. Invoicing

Invoice Issuance: Invoices are issued once your order is complete. Delivery Method: Invoices are sent electronically to the email address you provided. Customer Responsibility: You're responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and current.

4. Disputed Charges

Notification Period: To dispute any charge on your invoice, notify us in writing within 30 days of the invoice date. Contact Information: Send disputes to support@venturerecreation.com, including your invoice number and dispute details. Resolution: We'll investigate and resolve billing disputes as quickly as possible.

5. Refunds and Credits

Policy Reference: Refunds and credits follow our Return and Refund Policy. Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Taxes

Customer Responsibility: You're responsible for all applicable taxes. Any applicable state and local sales taxes will be clearly shown at checkout. Tax Exemption: Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

7. Billing Errors

Corrections: We'll correct any billing error promptly once discovered. Overcharges: If you're overcharged, we'll refund or credit the difference. Undercharges: If you're undercharged, we'll invoice you for the remaining balance.

8. Payment Security

Data Protection: All payment information is handled securely in line with industry standards. Payment Processor: We process payments through Shopify Payments and don't store your credit card information on our servers. SSL Encryption: All transactions are protected with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

9. Changes to Billing Terms

Modification Rights: We may modify these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of Changes: Updates take effect once the revised Terms are posted on venturerecreation.com. Acceptance of Changes: Continuing to use our services after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Indirect Damages: We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to these Terms. Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Venue: Any legal action arising from these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida.

13. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Venture Recreation regarding billing and supersede all prior agreements.
