Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through venturerecreation.com. Venture Recreation is operated by LAS ENTERPRISES LLC.

Shipping Area and Cost

We ship only within the United States.

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Large or heavy products are shipped free by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Inside delivery and white-glove service are not available.

Orders ship from our fulfillment centers, not our registered business address.

Processing and Delivery Times

Handling Time: 1–2 business days.

Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Transit Time: 2–5 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days from the order date.

Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, location, or other circumstances outside our control.

Carriers and Tracking

Standard orders may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Large products ship through an appropriate LTL freight carrier.

Tracking information will be emailed after shipment. Freight carriers may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 calendar days after that estimated date.

Please provide your order number and photos of any damaged product or packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate replacement or refund. Venture Recreation covers return shipping for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction.

If an order has already shipped or is returned because of an incorrect customer-provided address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are subject to customer-paid return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
