Cancellation Policy

If you've had a change of heart and need to cancel your order, we're happy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Cancellation Window

To cancel, reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll cancel it before it ships, as long as it hasn't already entered fulfillment. Cancellations made within this window are completely free — no cancellation fee, no restocking fee.

After Shipment

If it's too late and your order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. Contact us and we'll set up a return through our Return and Refund Policy instead. Once we issue your return authorization, please ship the item back within 30 days. Note that a 25% restocking fee applies if your order has already shipped and needs to be returned as a change-of-mind cancellation.
