- Large items ship by freight truck with curbside delivery, unless a loading dock is available. Liftgate service is not included.
- The customer is responsible for unloading. A forklift is recommended, especially for commercial play systems and shade structures, which can be very large and heavy.
- Many crates and pallets can be taken apart and unloaded by hand, but this takes longer. If unloading goes beyond the carrier's free unloading time (usually 2 to 3 hours), the carrier may charge detention fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
- Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details and unloading instructions.
- Please inspect your shipment before signing, and note any visible damage or missing pieces on the delivery receipt.

Built for high-traffic outdoor play environments, it integrates transitional play components within a compact footprint ideal for schools, parks, and public installations.
This unit features a suspended walkway flanked by molded foot grips, climbing ropes, and sculptural step pods—each spaced to encourage focus, balance, and continuous movement. The surrounding frame includes angled climbers, geometric net panels, and a vertical ascent wall, all enclosed in a powder-coated steel structure for maximum durability and weather resistance.
The walking deck is textured for slip-resistance, and all components are engineered with safety surfacing and supervision visibility in mind. Each play zone transitions fluidly into the next, creating a loop of activity that challenges both motor skills and spatial awareness.
