- Large items ship by freight truck with curbside delivery, unless a loading dock is available. Liftgate service is not included.
- The customer is responsible for unloading. A forklift is recommended, especially for commercial play systems and shade structures, which can be very large and heavy.
- Many crates and pallets can be taken apart and unloaded by hand, but this takes longer. If unloading goes beyond the carrier's free unloading time (usually 2 to 3 hours), the carrier may charge detention fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
- Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details and unloading instructions.
- Please inspect your shipment before signing, and note any visible damage or missing pieces on the delivery receipt.

Wisdom Boden Playground
The Boden is a versatile outdoor play structure built for children ages 2-5, offering a blend of physical challenge and imaginative design. The layout features climbers, crawl elements, activity panels, and freestanding pods—intentionally arranged to encourage continuous motion and exploratory play. Leaf accents, hex paneling, and flexible rope elements add to the nature-inspired aesthetic while promoting balance, coordination, and upper-body development. The structure is available in primary and natural color options and is suitable for public parks, schools, and urban play spaces with moderate square footage.
