Rotomolded Process

• Quality materials: Selected high-grade LLOPE raw materials, linear low density polyethylene, Impact resistance, cracking resistance, heat/cold resistance, acid, alkali and organic solvent resistance, etc., perfectly adapted to various harsh outdoor environments.
  
• Flexible design: not limited by size/pattern/ color /thickness, designers can freely play and easily meet ideal expectations.
  
• Eco & Safety: one-time molding process for a clean, seamless finish.

Clamp Assembly

• Clamp design: abandon the common phenomenon of only screw fixing, which is prone to loosening and shaking over time. The clamp design is stable and firm.
• High quality metal: strong stability, burst resistance, cracking resistance, rust resistance, and a fine polished finish with no corners or sharp edges. 
• Convenient assembly: "One loop, one clamp" closed-loop fastening. Simple assembly, convenient maintenance.

Deck / stairs

• Selected Metal: High strength cold rolled steel flat, structurally and mechanically stable, corrosion-resistant, weather resistant, safe and eco, suitable for outdoor use.
• PVC coating: After professional technical treatment such as gluing, preheating, PVC coating, and high-temperature curing, the steel deck has improved its anti slip, anti wear, anti static, and anti crack properties, making it new over time.

Tubular Post

• Thickening material: fabricated of 3.5 in. outside diameter, 13 gauge galvanized steel tubing, making it more secure and safe.
  
• Two mount types: Inground mount and surface mount as needed.

Quality Powder Coating

• Galvanizing technology: To help guard against rust and aging of steel tubes, we use hot-dip galvanizing technology combined with outdoor powder coating to extend service life.
• Craftsmanship process: Galvanized tubes require a total of 13 processes, including water washing, oil removal/impurity removal, and electrostatic spraying. Ensure smooth and flat surface, rust and corrosion resistance, and longterm durability

Professional Welding

• Mature craftsmanship: Senior craftsman meticulously works, with even welding joints and careful polishing, with no burrs, incomplete penetration, or porosity overall.
