The customer is responsible for unloading. A forklift is recommended, especially for commercial play systems and shade structures, which can be very large and heavy.
Many crates and pallets can be taken apart and unloaded by hand, but this takes longer. If unloading goes beyond the carrier's free unloading time (usually 2 to 3 hours), the carrier may charge detention fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
Once your order ships, we will email you tracking details and unloading instructions.
Please inspect your shipment before signing, and note any visible damage or missing pieces on the delivery receipt.
