  • Large items ship by freight truck with curbside delivery, unless a loading dock is available. Liftgate service is not included.
  • The customer is responsible for unloading. A forklift is recommended, especially for commercial play systems and shade structures, which can be very large and heavy.
  • Many crates and pallets can be taken apart and unloaded by hand, but this takes longer. If unloading goes beyond the carrier's free unloading time (usually 2 to 3 hours), the carrier may charge detention fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
